Chicken & Wholewheat Noodle Stir Fry


  • 2 x Lucky Boat Wholewheat noodle nests
  • ½ Red pepper, shredded
  • ½ Green pepper, shredded
  • 10g Spring onion, shredded
  • ½ White onion, shredded
  • 10g Beansprouts
  • 10g Carrot, shredded
  • 20g boiled Chicken, sliced
  • 5ml Oyster sauce
  • 5ml Light Soy Sauce
  • 3ml Dark Soy Sauce
  • 3ml Sesame oil
  • 10ml Cooking oil

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 6 mins

Cook Time: 5-6 mins


  1. Place the Lucky Boat Wholewheat noodles in boiling water.
  2. Remove from the heat and leave them to soak for 6 minutes until cooked.
  3. Stir frequently to separate noodles and drain.


  1. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan and stir fry the onion for 30 seconds.
  2. Add peppers, spring onions, beansprouts, carrots, pre-cooked chicken and Lucky Boat Wholewheat noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are just soft.
  3. Keeping the wok or pan on the heat, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, mix well and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add a few drops of dark soy sauce and sesame oil for fragrance.


  1. Serve in bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
